Hi there! I'm William Suarez
So you want to know about me, great. Here goes!
Although I have had my real estate license since 2006, my original intentions were not to become a full-time real estate agent. I started my real estate carrier part-time wanting to learn about real estate investment while running my freelance web design and internet marketing business. Having so much fun with real estate, investment and working with sellers and buyers, I decided to change careers and become a full-time realtor in 2009. Don't get me wrong, I still have a huge passion for web design, internet marketing and social media. The beauty is all that web stuff has helped me dramatically when marketing properties for my clients.
If I am not out dealing with real estate, or designing some cool websites or photographing real estate properties, you can find me chauffeur my two kids around town. If not, I can be found on the local hiking trails, out boating, mountain biking, reading educational books to better service my clients, or volunteering at our church.
What I do in a Nutshell: I sell homes in the shortest amount of time for the highest profits. I help buyers achieve there dreams of homeownership. I help investors secure that investment property. Assist other real estate agents with there online real estate presence and photography.
So, why would you work with me?
- I'm hardworking, reliable and very fun to work with.
- I believe in doing the right thing for my clients at all times, even if its not in my best interest.
- I am not afraid to go the extra mile to help someone.
- I deliver on what I promise.
- I believe in educating my clients and being there every step of the way.
- I enjoy building long lasting business/friendships with my clients.
- I put god first in everything I do.
I am always looking to meet new people so lets get together for a cup of coffee!
