First Time Home Buyers

A person's first home purchase is a big deal. It takes time, energy, and money. I work with all of my first time home buyers to take advantage of the current market by finding them houses for sale below current market value. To help with the money part, I work with various lenders and organizations offering low down payment programs to no down programs. As a buyers agent and knowing how emotional a first time buyer can be, I work with the buyer every step of the way from locating a property, to establishing the loan through the close of escrow and thereafter.
