Free In-home Presentation

 

An in-home listing presentation is something every Realtor® should provide when meeting with potential sellers for the first time.

During the initial presentation the Realtor® will explain:

  • How they will market the property
  • The homes pros and cons (if any) and how it will affect the listing price
  • Suggested listing price (based on current market analysis)
  • The Realtor® will base the listing price on a fully detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to include; properties sold within the area, current pending sales, and current listings on the market.

    When you are considering listing your home, not all agents are Realtor®, and not all Realtor® are the same. First most, you should consider listing your property with a Realtor® who is fully prepared with an in-home presentation and is willing to put your interest first.
